Can I buy piercing jewelry online?
Our piercing jewelry is only available in-studio. All our jewelry available online is for healed piercings jewelry upgrades.
I saw a jewelry piece in your studio I can’t find online?
Our online store features most, but not all our jewelry collection. If you see something in-studio you loved we encourage you to purchase it as our team is always looking for fresh designs and that piece might not be back in stock in the future. We can always help you find something of your taste with a special order though.
Do you offer custom jewelry orders?

How do I care for my jewelry?
Over time, debris and dirt can build up on your jewelry. We recommend making a mild soap & warm water solution and using a soft-bristled brush to clean the jewelry. If your piercing is still healing, we do not recommend removing your jewelry as you may not be able to put it back in. You can wipe away any large debris with a cotton tip applicator and your sterile saline solution.
Does your jewelry have a warranty?
Yes! Most of the brands we sell have a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship of their jewelry pieces. In the odd case you have an issue with a defective piece please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to help you. Please note you might be required to return the defective piece and/or send a picture for assessment, and if it is determined that the product is defective Pierced will, at its discretion, either refund your purchase or send a replacement free of charge.
