HOUSEKEEPING

We will perform a pre-opening deep clean daily.

We will practice increased sanitization of all high touch areas, including handles, POS, PIN pads, phones, countertops, jewelry display cases.

Our team has been trained in new Health & Safety efforts and polices.

HYGIENE

Hand sanitizer will be available at store entrances. Customers and our team must sanitize their hands upon entry.

Our team will wear disposable gloves and face covers at all times.

Cash payments are discouraged for the time being.

The Touchless Tap limit for credit cards has been raised to $250.

Signage will be present in-store to help outline and offer guidance on all new protocols.

STORE VISIT

Entry to the store will be controlled. Booking an appointment in advance is highly encouraged.

No additional guests are allowed.

Greeters will be present to manage flow, screening, and advise on mandatory hand sanitization and face cover use.

Face covers are required for all clients entering the store.

What new measures have you put in place to help keep customers and employees safe?

We are closely monitoring ongoing updates from federal and provincial governments and have a
cross-functional internal task force working on a variety of measures to keep both our team and our clients safe. These measures are based on three key pillars for helping to maintain health and safety: housekeeping (e.g. deep cleaning and increased cleaning frequency), hygiene (e.g. hand sanitizing and face covers), and store visit (e.g. controlled entry).

What are you providing to your employees and customers for protection?

We will require our jewelry consultants and professional piercers to wear face covers and gloves for their entire shift. Hand sanitization stations will be placed at the store's entrance and we will increase the frequency of sanitization practices throughout our stores.

Will you limit the number of customers in the store?

Yes, we will be limiting and monitoring the number of customers in stores throughout business hours. Entry to our stores will be controlled and booking an appointment in advance is the best way for us to provide you with the best piercing experience.
